My main points of interest and focus are:

Low Taxes (No new property tax increases, the last one in 2023 was a approximately a 21.7% tax hike)

Consistency at all levels in government (No more playing favorites)

Small government (Cut out red-tape and stop over-regulating so new businesses, both small and large, want to come here)

Common sense decision-making (Forward-looking thinking and prevents unintended consequences)

Encourage tax-neutral mixed-use property development (It is a better use of land, it's easier to provide services, it keeps taxes lower, it provides jobs and diversifies the county tax base, it helps bring solutions to work-force housing issues)

We need a County Manager that LIVES in Currituck. The heads of all the County's Departments should have their primary residence HERE in the County.
